Charlotte-Mecklenburg Storm Water Services has four main programs (Water Quality, Flood Safety, Volunteer and Infrastructure), each needing to reach audiences across the county and educate those audiences about the impact of Storm Water Services’ work on our communities, public safety and waterways.

Meet “Where Progress Meets People”: focusing on the intersection of infrastructure and everyday improvements for residents’ quality of life. Showcasing tangible improvements of a working system on everyday life brings awareness to and appreciation for Storm Water Service’s role in the community.

Instead of focusing on the moving pieces of the infrastructure system itself, the focus is the end goal: a better community to enjoy no matter the weather.
