Simonini is a high-end custom home builder who has been well-established in the region for their decades of commitment to quality and customer service. With Charlotte growing rapidly, the company recognized that they needed to modernize their brand and refine their messaging to better attract new audiences, including younger homeowners and potential customers who were relocating from other markets and looking for a custom builder or someone to help them navigate a high-end renovation.
As a result of an exhaustive stakeholder interview process, a brand rollout strategy and breadth of deliverables was identified. A full branding suite, including messaging and visual components, was implemented and launched over 24-36 months.
A reimagining of their website was also in order. Simonini’s former site was a generic, templated build that didn’t reflect their highly-personalized approach, nor their superior attention to detail. Their previous site was also not fully responsive and was built in HubSpot, which had limited customization opportunities and led to a clunky user experience.
The new site not only better showcases their work, but it better emphasizes their unique process, their legacy of excellence and their unparalleled quality. Fully responsive, the site works well across devices and the Wordpress back end ensures the site will be easy to manage and maintain into the future.

Heydon Hall is a distinguished gated luxury community in South Charlotte, located off Smithfield Church Road, adjacent to the Quail Hollow Country Club. Established in 2002, Heydon Hall is recognized as one of Charlotte's most private and peaceful communities. Originally constructed by Simonini, the neighborhood has winding tree-lined streets, old-world fixtures, immaculate homes, and sits on 55 acres.
As part of Heydon Hall’s third and final phase of development, Simonini will construct 14 semi-custom homes, with a range of elevation and feature options available. This phase will be the last opportunity to build in this highly sought-after community. As such, strategic sales collateral was needed to push sales and inform potential buyers.
